Launch of the public consultation on changes to the ISOT Technical Specification of External Interfaces
OKTE, a.s. announces the launch of a public consultation on 23 October 2026 concerning proposed changes to the Technical Specification of External Interfaces for Market Participants of the Market Operator Information System XMtrade®/ISOT.
The proposed changes in version 1.24 mainly include:
- an enhanced detailed order book view, including information on own quantity and individual orders
- the addition of XBID identifiers and timestamps for orders and trades
- access to public trades in the Slovak bidding zone via Web API and WebSocket
- the introduction of bulk order cancellation
- access to the current order book snapshot via Web API and WebSocket
- extended information on the current status of participants’ limits, including the request rate limit and the Order Per TimeFrame and Order to Trade Ratio limits.
The proposed ISOT Technical Specification of External Interfaces, version 1.24, is available in Documentation section, with changes tracked against version 1.23.

Interested market participants may submit their comments in Slovak or English by sending the completed form (available HERE) to verejnekonzultacie@okte.sk. Please use “Comments on ISOT Technical Specification v1.24” as the email subject.
The deadline for submitting comments is 2 November 2026. OKTE, a.s. will not consider comments received after this deadline.
