Commencement of the public consultation on change to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that on October 14th, 2025, a public consultation began, concerning the upcoming changes to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator.
Reason for changes to the Operational Order are preparation for the project concerning provision of invoicing data to electricity suppliers and development of short-term market. Changes also include modifications and improvements arising from practical application of the Operation Order.
The proposed changes to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order are available as track changes in the Slovak language HERE.
Participation in public consultation
Concerned market participants can participate in the public consultation by sending a completed form (available in the Slovak language HERE) with their comments and statements in the Slovak language to the e-mail address verejnekonzultacie@okte.sk.
The last day for submission of comments is October 28th, 2025. OKTE, a.s. will not take into consideration comments received after this deadline.
