The company OKTE, a.s. has obtained a certificate according to the standard, OKTE ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security management system (ISMS)
On October 20th, 2015 OKTE, a.s. successfully completed the certification process according to the ISO's standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013. This certificate confirms that the security management system of the company is equal with the requirements of Information Security Management System requirements (ISMS - Information Security Management System) ISO/IEC27001:2013. This certificate is valid for the activities of OKTE, a.s.:
Organization and evaluation of the organized short-term cross-border electricity market.
Ensuring of settlement of imbalances in the territory of the SLOVAK REPUBLIC,
The Administration and collection of measurement data and central billing associated with the operation of the power system.
Certificate has been granted by an independent and accredited certification company DNV GL Business Assurance UK Limited, Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London SE1 9DE, United Kingdom in London October 20, 2015.
Certification itself was preceded by a long-term and a careful preparation, culminating to an external audit. OKTE, a.s. fulfilled difficult technical, legislative and administrative requirements by obtaining the certificate ISO/IEC 27001:2013 in the field of security information management. The Certificate completed the process which resulted in a guarantee of the protection of data stored and processed in the information systems of OKTE, a.s. from unauthorized access, loss, misusage or theft.
